A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Your return was approved as per our Return Policy.
The item could not be delivered and was returned to us.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind or personal dislike of the content.
Orders reported after the 7-day window for issues.
Digital products (eBooks, downloads), unless they fail to deliver or are corrupted.
If your return is approved and qualifies for a refund:
We will process your refund to the original method of payment.
Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Double-check your bank or credit card statement.
Contact your bank processing times may vary.

In exceptional cases where a refund is requested for reasons outside the policy (e.g., compassionate grounds), we review each request with the same care and sensitivity we put into our service. Such refunds remain at the sole discretion of Mahadhuni.org.
